Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the original purchase day to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we can’t accept products that have been used. “Unused Condition” means the product is in its original condition, shipped in its original packaging, and with all original tags
To start a return, you can contact us at team@sendaathletics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For defective footwear, claims must be made within 60 days of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Complete the return form (use the link provided by our Customer Service team) with your email, order details and the reason for the return.

After completing the form, you will automatically receive an email with the address to which you should send the shoes you need to return.
Once you have returned the product, please notify us (via email, chat, or phone) with the tracking number so we can monitor the return process and provide you with timely updates.
Refund:
A refund will be issued for the full product cost (excluding shipping charges and taxes).
Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Limitations:
This policy applies only to the shoes category purchased directly through our website.
If you prefer, you can request an exchange or replacement for another pair of shoes (taking into account the original product price paid), considering:
-Once an exchange or replacement is made, a refund is no longer available.
-Subsequent exchanges or replacements are not permitted unless the product remains unused with all labels/tags/packaging intact, as in a standard purchase.
Free Shipping
Our free shipping policy on orders over $150 applies to all products except custom uniforms and is valid for shipments within the US only.
